Where has the hustle gotten us?
Anxiety and mental health issues are at peak levels.
Hyper-Capitalism and the accelerated pace of A.I. keeps many of us spinning out of control trying to make ends meet, saying “I just can’t catch up with myself.”
And social media can often confuse, disorient, distract, or depress us.
We do have a way to slow down. We do have a way to transform our hustle culture into a banquet of daily blessings. We do have a way to enter the sanctuary of stillness and remember our divine nature.
Writing, especially spiritually journaling informed by meditation, can help us hear the yearning in our souls, the message of our spirits, the voices of our guides, the loving-compassion of the Divine.
When our journaling is guided by our own meditations, by the mystical wisdom, the inspired sages, and the non-dual teachings of unity consciousness, we can feel ourselves reconnected, woven back into the fabric of our divine essence.
All of the sacred scriptures were composed and channeled by poets, prophets, seers, and sages who learned the Art of Quietude. You are invited to slow down and journey within, with us, on:

Informed by mystic and non-dual traditions from around the world, our 2 eclipse ceremonies will be guided by:

Sufis and the Song of Mystical Islam
Each of these pathways can be a lifelong study. The beauty and unique invitation of this training is to:
1. Engage with these texts in experiential and embodied practices
2. Understand the overlapping wisdom of these pathways to discover the essence of mysticism and your own emerging self-realization
3. Integrate the lessons of the Virgo-Pisces ecipse axis
This is a generative writing class, which means we will write poetry, personal essay, and journaling of some form in each class and between classes to help us integrate the medicine and lessons of each class.

 What is the structure and Why study these Non-Dual pathways now?

On September 7, the Pisces Lunar Eclipse, and on Sept 21, the Virgo Solar Eclipse initiate each of into the archetypes most associated with spiritual awakening, meditation, divinely inspired imagination (Pisces) and service, devotion, discipline, and structured daily health regimens (Virgo).
Many of our lives shapeshift inside Eclipse windows. A potential health crisis with ourselves or a loved one, a redirection in relationship, a necessary career transition….so we embark on a season where AstroTheology can re-orient us back towards Spirit just as these energies quake our foundations, in the two signs where the ego must be humbled, must remember it is in service to a higher order, a divine starchiecture that is guiding all of our gestures.

 

Each of our experiential classes will be 2.5 hour ceremonial journeys into the teachings. These include:

  • Dance and Contemplative Movement
  • Generative Writing and Journaling exercises, including Poetry and Flash Non Fiction

Writing Down the Soul
Each class we will create a sacred writing ritual, a dialogue directly with our soul and a journey along the ladder of spirit to meet both our muse and our own subconscious. Inspired by the scriptures and our contemplations, we will converse with our innermost Voice, that which threads us back to our divine Source, and we will be invited to share the epiphanies and breakthroughs in our nurturing and supportive container.

Unitive Awakening – PISCES SOLAR ECLIPSE CEREMONY 🌞

The Pisces eclipse is a portal into the ocean of Oneness. In this rite we will weave the Bhagavad Gita, A Course in Miracles, and Sufi poetic wisdom as we explore the Pisces longing to dissolve separation and remember the Holy Relationship at the heart of all love.
  • Guided contemplations and invocation of the Beautiful Names of Allah, as well as on mystic poetry,  surrender, and the embrace of the eternal

Virgo refines—calling us into discipline, purification, and service aligned with blessing, not burnout. Here, we weave the Gita’s dharma of sacred action with ACIM’s devotion to miraculous mind-training, grounding spiritual awakening into precise daily practice.
